That's how OKAWARI got its name. At Wasan in Brooklyn, two guests tried a kimchi stir-fry made with it and asked for seconds at the same moment. The owner-chef started using it after one taste. Two of the staff ordered buckets for themselves. We still deliver to Wasan.
